Head of Finance

As a result of Plant Integrity Management’s continuing success and growth, we are looking for a new Head of Finance to join our growing team.

With responsibility for the management of the group finance function and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be involved in setting company strategy with responsibilities for the management and delivery of all Finance functions in the business.

Required Qualifications, Experience, Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Head of Finance or similar role
  • In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Solid analytical and decision-making skills
  • Leadership abilities
  • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
  • CA/ACCA/CIMA Qualification required

This role may be suitable for part time applicants.

Role Responsibilities

  • Overall ownership of PIM Finance function
  • Monthly reporting for all internal and external stakeholders
  • Statutory reporting and management of audit / accounts prep
  • Co-ordination of Annual audit process
  • The role is a broad role and would suit a qualified individual who is able to take full ownership of all Accounting and Finance requirements within the PIM Business.
  • The role will involve liaising with a number of internal and external stakeholders around timely, accurate and useful Management information on a recurring and periodic basis.
  • Ensure robust systems of financial control and best practice
